Job Description
The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy, aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty. You will work with marketing teams to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and foster community engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Design and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals and promote promotions, new products, and community involvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Design, and Customer Service, to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Create monthly reports showcasing social media performance and insights to share with stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor competitor social media strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the social media budget and track ROI on campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with our overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills—ability to craft compelling content and brand messaging.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
